Data we collect

We may collect identity and contact data you submit through forms (name, email, optional topic, message), enrollment correspondence, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to inquiries and managing enrollments (contract / legitimate interests).
Improving site performance when analytics are enabled (consent).
Meeting legal obligations such as tax or consumer records where applicable.

Retention

Contact form records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Enrollment records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting and consumer protection purposes. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months.

Processors

We use service providers for email delivery, hosting, and—only if you accept analytics cookies—privacy-respecting analytics. Processors are bound by agreements to use data only on our instructions.

International transfers

Hosting or email providers may process data outside Korea. Where transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider security commitments.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law and other applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Children

Programs are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Contact us for deletion if you believe we have collected such data in error.

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and transport encryption where supported. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
