Accessing this website, submitting forms, or enrolling in Dataroute Hub programs constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Educational purpose

Accounts and enrollment

Program seats are confirmed only through direct communication with Dataroute Hub. This website does not complete checkout. You must provide accurate contact details when requesting enrollment.

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, branding, and site copy remain the property of Dataroute Hub or its licensors. You may use purchased materials for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of full modules without written permission is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volume, submit malicious payloads through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Dataroute Hub.

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that following any workflow will prevent loss, theft, or user error. Technology and threat models change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dataroute Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of digital assets arising from your use of educational materials. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site or programs is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months prior, or ₩100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dataroute Hub against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Busan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
