Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for mentored cohorts and private briefings when cancellation conditions below are met. Self-paced digital kits become eligible only if downloadable materials have not been accessed.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation at least 7 days before a cohort start date or scheduled briefing.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours before start, provided less than 25% of live sessions have occurred.
• No refund: cancellation inside 48 hours of start, or after a private briefing has been delivered.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Requests must include your full name, enrollment email, program name, and reason. We may ask for payment reference numbers. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution.

Non-refundable items

• Clinic drop-in seats after the evening session begins
• Third-party hardware or materials you purchased separately
• Completed one-to-one runbook reviews already delivered in writing

Refund process

Email support@dataroute-hub.digital with the subject line “Refund request.” We confirm receipt within two business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Dataroute Hub

If we cancel a cohort or briefing, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra cost.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for goodwill transfers even when standard windows have passed; decisions are case-by-case.
